The position

As the Career Management Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting recruiters, developing career management systems and providing project management support related to creating employment opportunities for SSE’s students. You will work closely with your team as well as internal and external stakeholders, while having you own areas of responsibilities that you develop and implement.

Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting recruiters in placing ads in the SSE Career Hub
  • Developing SSE’s career management systems
  • Providing project management support for coaching and employer relations activities
  • Implementing communication activities targeted towards students and recruiters
  • Leading and organizing Career management events, fairs and seminars.
  • Collaborate with the alumni and corporate relations

Requirements:

  • A university degree
  • Work experience from recruitment, sales, customer service, human resources or a similar area
  • Experience from administrative work, preferably from a similar area
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Ability and interest in the use of digital tools to ensure smooth work processes
  • Fast-learning and interest in developing at work

Experiences and skills seen as a plus:

  • Oral and written Swedish skills
  • Experience working in a university or higher education institution
  • Knowledge in or experience from working with a CRM system
  • Experience from working with engagement activities
  • Knowledge in or experience from how employers recruit students

Other

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
