We are looking for our next colleague who has an interest in developing HR processes with the help of digital tools. You will be encouraged to take initiatives, work proactively and drive your own areas of responsibilities forward. This is a role where you have the chance to quickly broaden and strengthen your skills and experiences.

The role

As HR Business partner at SSE you will work broadly with all parts within the HR Business Partner area and be a support to managers and employees. You will also be responsible for specific areas such as pensions and working environment and develop processes and policies within those. You will be a part of a small team of 5 colleagues at the HR department.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Recruitments
  • Management support and coaching, which includes providing labour law advice
  • Employee support, which includes conflict resolution strategies, resolving employee relations issues and coaching
  • Plan and conduct training in HR processes and topics
  • Handle visa and settling-in related processes
  • Develop and drive your own areas of responsibilities forward. Your areas of responsibilities will include work environment and pensions.
  • General HR administration
  • Negotiations with the unions
  • People analytics

Your profile

We are looking for someone who works independently and proactively. You have an interest in and understanding of how digital HR processes improve quality and add value to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • A few years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge in Swedish Labour law
  • Experience of working with digitalization of HR Processes

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge of pensions and/or other compensation and benefits issues.
  • Interest and/or knowledge of gender, diversity and equality issues.
  • Experience from working with working environment issues.
  • Project management abilities

This is a full-time, permanent, position based in central Stockholm. A 6-month probationary period applies.
