Program Marketing Manager with passion for people - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

You will be one of two Program Marketing team leaders who will lead, motivate and coordinate a small team on a daily basis. This is a challenging role where you, to a large extent, will oversee your own processes and develop them. You will work in a fast-paced environment in a role where building and maintaining relationships is central.  

The role

As Program Marketing Manager for SSE`s bachelor programs you will be responsible for student recruitment and marketing of SSE´s two bachelor programs in Business & Economics and Retail Management, both in Sweden and internationally. The role is both strategic and operational and includes budget responsibility. Your work tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Continuously develop the marketing strategy for both national and international student recruitment, including identifying target audiences and conducting market analysis
• Lead, inspire and coordinate the Program Marketing Team, together with your colleague. There is no formal personnel responsibility, but operational leader responsibility.
• Build strategic relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and execute different marketing activities and recruitment events in Sweden and internationally, as well as producing marketing material and content.
• Planning, budgeting and follow up of the bachelor marketing budget.

Is this you?

 You have:

• A degree in Business and Economics and/or Marketing
• A few years of work experience from marketing
• Experience from creating marketing plans and strategy
• Experience from leading a team (no former formal personnel responsibility required)
• Oral and written fluency in English and Swedish

It is also a plus if you have:

• Experience with Program Marketing within higher education (either by having worked in, been the service provider to or in another way have experience from higher education)
• Experience from Student Recruitment
• Experience from Swedish and International Higher Education
• Experience from planning, managing and following up a budget

This is a permanent, full-time, position based in the heart of the vibrant capital Stockholm. A 6-month probation period applies. Please include your desired salary in your application.
