We are looking for two new service providers who can and want to be involved in bringing our newly formed Info Center up to speed and to its fullest potential. You will be an important part in developing our internal as well as external service and in strengthening the brand of the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
Our vision is to provide world class service to our students and visitors through a one stop shop – the Info Center. The Info Center will be the “face” of SSE for all our visitors, primarily our students, external visitors and other stakeholders and provide them with world class service and lasting professional impressions. The Info Center will be the first point of contact for student related inquiries and general information about the School.
We offer you a new role in a fast-paced environment where you will be involved in establishing and developing our newly formed Info Center. You will be a part of a transformation journey where your skills will quickly broaden and develop. You will be encouraged to take initiative and develop ways of working in an international and dynamic environment.
Your work duties will be broad and various; as you will be a part of building and developing the SSE Info Center the tasks will also develop over time. You will be highly involved in and expected to initiate and drive business process improvements. Your primary customers will be the SSE students and you will provide them with study administrative support and services. Your areas of expertise will include, but will not be limited to:
You are a professional service provider with a strong customer focus who can and are passionate about providing customers with excellent service and meet people’s needs. You are collaborative and work well with all people, both internally and externally. You are a structured problem-solver who are autonomous and can prioritize efficiently among incoming inquiries. Furthermore, you have great communication skills which means that you can adapt your way of communicating depending on situation and person, ask relevant questions, express yourself clearly, short and concise, and consult with colleagues when needed. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment and are composed, balanced and controlled in stressful situations.
This is a permanent, full-time, position based in the heart of the vibrant capital Stockholm. A 6-month probation period applies. Please include your desired salary in your application.
