The role

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and execute plans and strategies connected to marketing our Degree Programs. You will be encouraged to take initiative and develop your own ways of working to further strengthen the SSE branding. Below you will find a selection of your tasks:  

• Manager for our Digital Student Ambassadors Program, including inspiring and coordinating about 50 digital BSc and MSc student ambassadors.
• Plan and coordinate fairs and events in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Represent SSE at fairs and events in Sweden and abroad (might include presentations).
• Be involved in exciting Program Marketing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience from project management, either from a work environment or other. Project management experience from larger project is not necessary.
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Educational background in Project Management/Event Management/Communication/Media/Marketing

Work experience from a similar environment and experience from event management is a plus.

Personality wise, you are a people person with a positive and flexible approach. You thrive in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment and gets inspired by working with students. You have an interest in developing ways of working and learn new things. Furthermore, you are a structured and organized coordinator, with excellent communication skills who take responsibility for a given task and can take initiatives.

Other

This is a part-time (60%), time-limited position situated at the Communications and Marketing team for about a year due to current employee being on leave. Please include your wage claim in the application.

Your team

You will be a part of SSE's largest unit called External Relations, a consolidation of four sub-departments. In addition to having the whole organization as your primary network, you will also be a part of a high-performance team called Communications and Marketing, which is one of the sub-departments.
