We are looking for a goal-oriented project manager who will lead the work with our fundraising campaigns.

Together with our fundraising team, you will be responsible for managing our fundraising campaigns, which provide financing for the research and teaching that takes place at SSE.  We offer you an exciting and challenging role at one of the highest-ranked business schools in Europe. 

The Fundraising Project Manager leads our annual fundraising campaign targeted at our alumni (former students). You will work together with specialists in communications, fundraising, CRM, and an external agency to engage our alumni to contribute to the Stockholm School of Economics’ continued success. You will plan and coordinate the work with the campaign toward set fundraising goals. In your role, you are also responsible for other fundraising projects, such as researching potential funders.  

You will be a member of the fundraising team, which consists of seven colleagues, and you will report to the Head of Corporate, Development and Alumni Relations. 

Main tasks 

  • Lead and drive fundraising projects towards set goals
  • Evaluate and compile  statistics from the fundraising campaigns
  • Conduct research on potential donors and/or funding opportunities
  • Identify creative development opportunities based on previous outcomes and experiences.

You are goal-oriented and enjoy taking the lead and responsibility for projects. You are a structured self-starter who thrives in a high pace environment. You enjoy working with others and have strong collaboration skills and the ability to motivate a team with diverse perspectives to reach common goals. 

Requirements 

  • Project management, including leading a project teams
  • Sales or fundraising experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Excel

Meritorious 

  • Experience from an international working environment
  • Experience from using a CRM
  • Written and oral communication skills in Swedish
  • Digital marketing

Terms 

This is a full-time, permanent employment starting with a probationary period of 6 months.
