We expect you to come up with new ideas and initiatives, and drive the communications forward for SSE’s stakeholders; alumni, corporate partners, and other key groups. You will also have budget responsibility.

The role

As the Stakeholder Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the operational marketing and communications for two sub-departments: The Corporate Development team and the Alumni Engagement team. You will play a key role in the communication between SSE, corporate partners, students, and alumni and will manage and support communication projects to strengthen SSE students career opportunities, alumni engagement, and alumni fundraising as well as Employer Relations and Employer Branding development for our corporate partners.

Furthermore, your work tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Creating high-quality content for newsletters, website, social media and events
• Planning and project management of communications send-outs
• Planning and writing for annual fundraising campaign
• Managing the exposure of SSE Corporate Partners
• Managing digital and printed material
• Support for planning and packaging of internal and external presentations

Qualifications

You are likely to be described as a flexible, driven, and communicative wiz, with a passion for marketing. You can and enjoy taking initiatives and lead. You are collaborative and enjoy working in a high-tempo environment together with ambitious coworkers.

Required:

• A bachelor degree in relevant field
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish
• Experience from social media and marketing

Meritorious:

• Experience from B2B-communications
• Understanding of data flows in CRM and omnichannel platforms
• Interest in and/or experience from the business and industry sector, preferably both Swedish and international

Your new workplace

As the Stakeholder Communications Manager, you will be a part of SSE's unit called External Relations, a consolidation of five sub-departments. You will be a part of a high-performance team called Communications and Marketing, which is one of the sub-departments.
