F1RST

Project Background

The F1RST Foundation is a new initiative by the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and the Daniel Sachs Foundation (DSF), with the long-term ambition to diversify and make the Swedish business sector more inclusive. This is realized through corporate partnerships with various stakeholders in the finance and business sectors. We are now continuing to scale up the initiative and create more opportunities, deepening the collaboration with our partner schools and corporate partners to create lasting change.

F1RST aims to broaden and diversify recruitment to higher education by building and supporting a nationwide community of business-oriented talents from backgrounds that are underrepresented in the Swedish business sector and finance industry. The foundation’s work also aims to increase diversity among applicants to educational programs at colleges and universities around the country, with a particular focus on Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

This role requires some evening commitments each month to facilitate program meetings and other activities within the foundation.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

As the Program Manager for F1RST's school program aimed at middle and high school students, you will play a central role in our team. Your primary responsibility is to lead and further develop our school programs, with a special focus on middle and high schools. You will:

It is crucial that you maintain active dialogue with various parts of the F1RST network to ensure that our community remains relevant and engaged.
